Screaming Eagle is Aruba's most theatrical dining experience: a dramatically decorated indoor-outdoor lounge where you eat while reclining on oversized cushioned beds surrounded by draping fabric, ambient lighting, and a DJ set. It is equal parts restaurant and nightclub, and it does both with considerable style.

The menu is broadly international with Asian and Mediterranean influences — think tuna tartare, lamb chops with chimichurri, and truffle fries. The food is genuinely good rather than just scenery, though the theatrical setting is clearly the point. Cocktails are creative and generously poured.

Screaming Eagle works best as a late dinner: arrive at 9 PM, linger over multiple courses, and let the evening evolve into a party around you.
